Cancellation and No-Show Policy : Please understand that when we schedule your appointment, we are reserving time for your treatment. We kindly ask that if you must change or cancel your appointment that you notify us not less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Please call our clinic at (403) 707-6678 (simply leave us a message if we are working with other clients) or email us at info@skinrni.com This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved time to another client who is waiting to see a treatment practitioner. Please note that any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, or any no-shows are subject to a $75 charge.
